a. Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 2 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

b. Exchanges: We offer the option to exchange items for a different size, color, or product. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team for instructions.

c. Refund: After Successful return refund will be initiated/ credit back to original -Payment method with in 7-10 days.

3. Items Ineligible for Return or Exchange

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance" are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Intimate and Hygiene Products: For hygiene reasons, certain products such as undergarments or swimwear are non-returnable.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

b. Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with the RA number.

c. Ship the item to the address provided with the RA number.

5. Refunds and Credits

a. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed with in 2 Business days., and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment with in 3 Business days.

b. Store Credits: If you prefer, we can issue a store credit that you can use for future purchases on our website.

6. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or if the item received is defective. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
